In this role, you’ll work outdoors in the scenic Colorado foothills installing seamless gutters and accessories on residential properties. Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, form, cut, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, hangers, and flashing
  • Work safely from ladders (minimum 32 ft) and from roof edges
  • Load/unload materials, maintain tools and site cleanliness
  • Follow established installation procedures and job safety practices
  • Communicate clearly with crew lead and occasionally with customers
  • Accurately report materials used, job status, and any issues
Qualifications
  • Required:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience installing seamless gutters
  • Awning installation experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working at heights exceeding 40 ft
  • Physically fit—able to lift 70+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Valid driver’s license (transportation to job sites provided by company)
  • Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (above 20°F)
  • Preferred:
  • Experience operating seamless gutter machines
  • Basic finish carpentry or construction skills
