About the Opportunity
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners.
This is not a lead-generation service-you are paid directly by us for completed work, and materials are provided when needed.
If you operate your own roofing business and are looking to supplement your workload with consistent, fast-paying jobs, this is a strong fit.
Industry-Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For
We are looking for dependable roofing professionals who can perform the following:
Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Leak detection
  • Storm damage assessments
  • Flashing and ventilation inspections
  • Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance
  • Shingle or tile replacement
  • Nail pops and small puncture repairs
  • Sealant application around vents and flashing
  • Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate Required)
  • Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Full or partial re-roofing (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
  • Soffit and fascia board replacement
  • Attic ventilation solutions

Job Documentation
  • Before, during, and after photos
  • Clear job notes submitted through the portal
