Job description

Pay Range: $18.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

We’re looking for a dependable Gutter Service Technician to join our team. Prior field construction experience is preferred— we’re ready to train motivated candidates who meet basic requirements and are eager to build a career in the construction trade. This role involves hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and delivering high‑quality service to our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfort working at heights, climbing ladders, and performing physical outdoor work
  • Experience in gutter installation, repair, or maintenance preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, clean, and maintain gutter systems

  • Perform small gutter repairs and ensure work meets company quality standards

  • Diagnose issues such as leaks, blockages, and drainage problems

  • Work safely and efficiently while following company policies

  • Maintain tools and equipment

  • Complete job documentation and reports

Physical demands:

This role requires the ability to work at heights for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift or carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Regular use of hand and power tools is required.
