Familiarity with power tools, ladders, safety harnesses, and sometimes certifications in OSHA safety standards are typically required. Attention to detail, physical stamina, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication with clients and team members are important soft skills. These competencies ensure the safe, precise, and efficient installation of gutters, preventing water damage and maintaining customer satisfaction.
