About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Cleveland West as a Gutter Crew (2 Man). This exciting role offers the chance to work outdoors, providing top-notch gutter installation and maintenance services to our valued customers in North East Ohio. The truck will earn 18% of all revenue allowing you to make as much as possible and be in control of your paycheck which is paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of gutters and downspouts with precision and care.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed on job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Complete job assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's reputation.

Requirements:
