The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for performing day-to-day maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance for community common areas, facilities, and association properties. Work is performed independently and may involve troubleshooting, repairs, and general upkeep of building systems and infrastructure.
