Troy, MI | Up to $20/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Weekly Pay Looking for a steady, full-time customer service career with weekday hours, weekly pay and benefits? Join HANSONS in Troy. We're hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to help our existing customers get the service they need after their home improvement project is complete. You'll communicate with customers, manage service requests and coordinate technician schedules for window, roofing, siding and gutter service. No home improvement experience? That's okay. What You'll Do You'll help keep customers informed and service appointments moving. A typical day may include:
  • Answering and responding to customer service requests
  • Monitoring service tickets and following up with customers
  • Scheduling service technicians and appointments
  • Coordinating technician schedules by geographic area
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their service
  • Helping resolve customer questions and concerns
  • Assisting customers who contact or visit the office
  • Learning our windows, roofing, siding and gutter products so you can better assist customers

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience
  • Customer service or call center experience
