About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Central DFW, TX. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the gutter industry and help homeowners protect their homes.
Responsibilities:
  • Leads are generated through company marketing and networking and self generated leads
  • Educate customers on the benefits of our gutter services and products
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
  • Create and send custom orders if needed
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation:
  • Base $500 + $50 Car Stipend = $550 Weekly
  • 5% Commission on all sales
  • 1.5% bonus if monthly goal is met

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
