Due to continued growth across South County, we are hiring urgently for motivated, people-focused Outside Sales Executives who want to build a long-term, six-figure career while serving their local community with integrity.

What You’ll Do
  • Run company-provided leads while also developing your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing
  • Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-related and retail projects
  • Prepare professional estimates and educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance options
  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify scopes and support fair claim outcomes
  • Build long-term customer relationships and referral partnerships in the Lemay area
  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events (BNI, Chamber of Commerce, trade shows, etc.)
  • Collaborate with real estate professionals, insurance agents, and contractors to grow referral pipelines
  • Request and manage 5-star Google reviews and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Assist homeowners with color selections, contracts, and project timelines
  • Participate in weekly team meetings focused on goals, accountability, and improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred but not required)

OR

  • 1-2 years of roofing, siding or construction experience (sales preferred but not required)

PLUS

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to clearly explain the insurance claims process
  • Physically capable of accessing and inspecting roofs
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Professional, ethical, and team-oriented
Performance Expectations
  • Generate monthly sales revenue based on personal sales targets
  • Maintain a closing ratio of 35% or higher
  • Balance production between company-provided and self-generated leads
  • Establish 10+ new referral relationships per month
  • Protect company margins through accurate and honest estimating
Compensation & Benefits
  • Modest base salary plus uncapped commission structure
