Position: Maintenance Tech 

Location: Centerville, OH 

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 2+ years of apartment, multifamily, residential, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience.

Type: Full-time; Contract 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating on-call schedule (every other week)

Job Description:

Position Requirements: 

  • Working knowledge of: HVAC systems, Basic electrical troubleshooting, Plumbing repairs, and Apartment turns and general maintenance.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull maintenance equipment and supplies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
  • Must have reliable transportation. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
  • Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
