Maintenance Technician III

Position Summary

Maintenance Technician III partners with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain buildings, building systems, common areas, and other physical assets throughout the Providence Point community. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and complete assigned work orders using the Limble mobile app.
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, pressure washing, and general maintenance repairs.
  • Test, clean, and maintain swimming pools, including chemical balancing. Training Provided.
  • Diagnose maintenance issues and complete necessary repairs.
  • Maintain grounds, including trash removal, sweeping, gutter cleaning, fencing, siding, trim repairs, and minor roofing repairs.
  • Complete maintenance work in occupied homes, including resetting alarm systems, identifying water leaks, and shutting off water when necessary.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
  • Properly operate, maintain, and store maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Perform lighting inspections, bulb and ballast replacements, and clean light fixtures.
  • Repair and maintain doors, locks, gates, and storage areas.
  • Complete sanding, caulking, painting, minor carpentry, and plumbing repairs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with general building maintenance and repairs.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
