Job description

Looking for Maintenance/Grounds person for a multi-family housing community.  Interior and exterior maintenance responsibilities, including light cleaning, use of a 2 story ladder (gutter cleaning), general repairs.. Must be 18 or older, with a valid driver's license and no infractions.  Will train the right candidate. Salary negotiable.
