Ken's Gutters is a fast-growing national home service company managing large-scale gutter cleaning projects for apartment communities across multiple states.
We are looking for a highly organized Dispatch / Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling and field coordination for our service crews nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in dispatch, service coordination, logistics, or field service scheduling and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where organization and attention to detail are critical.

About the Role
  • As a Field Service Dispatch Coordinator, you will manage the scheduling and coordination of gutter cleaning projects across multiple regions.
  • You will work closely with field technicians, property managers, and internal teams to ensure jobs are scheduled correctly, completed on time, and documented properly in our systems.
  • This is a high-volume coordination role that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule gutter cleaning projects for apartment communities nationwide
  • Coordinate directly with field technicians and subcontractors to confirm availability and logistics
  • Communicate with property managers before, during, and after scheduling
  • Monitor job timelines and ensure services stay on schedule
  • Handle last-minute schedule adjustments, crew conflicts, and time-zone coordination
