As a Restaurant Manager at our Rochester, NY location, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy delicious food every time they visit. You will lead by example by actively participating in service during all operating hours and upholding high standards of quality represented in our Food and Beverage programs. Additionally, you will coordinate pre-shift meetings with staff members, develop product knowledge through ongoing training seminars, manage HR duties such as hiring and training team members, and foster relationships with regular clientele.
