Job Description

As the Quality Associate (Gunner), you will be responsible for measuring and controlling quality levels of both in-process components and finished product by utilizing existing gages, computerized data collection equipment, ballistic test equipment and personal computers. Provide technical support and written reports to Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Product Development staff.

This position reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is based out of our Anoka Location.

SHIFT Q: 6:00pm-6:00am Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday plus OT as needed.Training will be held on 1st shift for the first 8 weeks

Experience you bring:

  • Computer skills in Word and Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to make difficult decisions.

  • Excellent Safety Record.

  • Familiarity with Firearms


You might have:

  • Post High School Education.

  • Experience in the product lines where the opening exists.

  • Experience, Knowledge, and Understanding of current inspection/ballistics test methods, procedures, and equipment.

  • Understanding of SPC methods.

  • Data Entry experience.

  • Experience in a quality control/product validation position.

Work Environment:

Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

Pay Range:

$24.62 - $35.77

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
