$750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members plus $50 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process.

Provide friendly, excellent service to every customer, every time while cleaning and setting up restaurant tables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Supplies the dining room and individual guest tables with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper supplies as needed
  • Removes dirty dishes, soiled linens, glassware and silver from table and counter tops, cleans table and counter tops according to procedure, then carries soiled items back to the dishwashing area
  • Refills water glasses and coffee upon request of guests
  • Replenishes butter, condiments, coffee, tea and refrigerated items used in the dining room
  • Resets the tables and performs other related duties as requested by Food Server
  • Makes coffee when necessary
  • Performs other cleaning duties as requested and/or required
  • Helps greet and seat guests in the Buffet or Steakhouse as needed
  • Performs all the duties of a Steward or Cook in the outlets as needed to include Banquet functions
  • If 18 years of age, performs all the duties of a Club Premier Service Host, Coffee Bar Attendant, Food Server or Cashier/Host, in the outlets as needed to include Banquet functions
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Must possess a pleasant personality
  • Able to balance a service tray on shoulder or hip, required
  • Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
  • Able to work independently and as a member of a team
  • A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
  • Able to bend, pull and carry beverage stock to and from refrigerators and cabinets
  • Able to complete required paperwork for cash transactions
  • Able to operate the following equipment; cash register, beverage guns, cutting boards, ice machines, knives, coffee machines, frozen drink machines, ice tea machines, and other necessary equipment
  • Must be able to meet the level three or medium work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
