As a Lead Captain with Corporate Wings, you set the standard for uncompromising safety, technical excellence, and a concierge-level passenger experience. You will captain a Dallas-based Gulfstream G650 for a private managed client, mentor a high-performing crew of three pilots and one cabin server, and ensure every journey feels seamless, personal, and world-class.

  • Base: Dallas Love Field (KDAL), Texas
  • Employment: Permanent
  • Operation: Part 91, managed aircraft client
  • Schedule: On-demand; approximately 400 flight hours annually
  • Aircraft: Gulfstream G650
  • Crew: Team of 3 pilots and 1 cabin server
  • Leadership: Guide and develop the pilot team; uphold Corporate Wings standards
  • Captain the G650 with precision, exercising sound judgment and a safety-first mindset in all phases of flight.
  • Lead by example: champion SOPs, CRM, and a just culture while mentoring fellow pilots toward continuous improvement.
