Responsibilities: Work with our team in designing, estimating, writing proposals, and executing projects Manage and train Design Engineers Coordinate with Principal Engineer and VP Meet with Owners and General Contractors to win upcoming projects and exceed their expectations on current projects Attend Preconstruction meetings Communicate with Architecture and Engineering firms on projects Write proposals Requirements: Active PE License in CA and BSME Familiar with Design-Build, Title 24, and OSHPD Advanced hands-on technical knowledge with CAD, Revit, Trace, HAP, among other applications Work for a medium or large commercial hvac or plumbing construction company for 5+ years Stable work-history Local
