Description
Craftsman - Custom Millwork & Cabinetry
Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild is seeking an experienced Craftsman to fabricate high-end custom residential millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodworking projects.
Responsibilities
  • Fabricate high-end custom residential millwork and cabinetry from drawings and specifications
  • Read blueprints, create cut lists, and plan assembly processes
  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout production
  • Track materials, maintain parts lists, and document as-built changes
  • Work closely with engineering, finishing, operations, and installation teams
  • Assist with installation as needed

Qualifications
• 10+ years of woodworking, millwork, or cabinetry experience preferred
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication methods
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Must provide personal hand tools (tool reimbursement policy applies)
• AutoCAD experience is a plus

  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Overtime and weekend work are expected when available to support production schedules and project deadlines
