Are you ready to play a key role in creating unforgettable RV adventures for our customers? As an RV Sales Delivery Guide, you'll be the go-to expert who ensures our customers feel confident, excited, and fully informed as they take ownership of their brand-new RV. This is a customer-facing role not a sales position, that combines technical knowledge, customer service, and a passion for the RV lifestyle!
THE ROLE:
The RV Sales Delivery Guide is responsible for creating a memorable, educational, and smooth delivery experience for our customers. From walk-through orientations to accessory guidance, you'll be a friendly face helping them hit the road with confidence and excitement.
COMPENSATION: $45,000-$85,000

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Work directly with the Prep Manager and Sales Team to ensure each RV is ready and spotless before delivery.
  • Greeting customers on delivery day and walking them through their RV inside and out showing them how everything works.
  • Provide hands-on demos of RV features like slide-outs, leveling systems, awnings, tanks, and hookups.
  • Assist customers in our Parts Store by recommending must-have accessories for their journey.
  • Coordinate the installation of accessories with the Prep or Service team.
  • Make the process fun, relaxed, and non-intimidating - this is an exciting moment for our customers!
  • Document any concerns or service needs and report them immediately.
  • Ensure all required paperwork, tags, and instructional materials are included and explained.
  • Help with light staging of the RV or dealership lot as needed.
  • Be a supportive resource for follow-up questions post-delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • RV experience or ownership is a big plus
  • Friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills
  • A passion for helping people learn and explore
  • Customer service or hospitality background preferred
  • Ability to explain technical information in a simple and fun way
