As a UTV Tour Guide, you’ll lead guests on guided, 90-minute off-road experiences through scenic terrain.

Your role goes beyond simply driving—you’ll:

• Share stories and insights about the land
• Educate guests on local ecology, history, and geology
• Read each group and tailor the experience to their interests
• Create a balance of fun, learning, and connection

The most successful guides are those who can adapt their approach, connect with different personalities, and make each tour feel personal and engaging.

• Lead guided UTV tours through scenic mountain terrain
• Blend entertainment with education and storytelling
• Flexible, on-demand scheduling based on your availability
• Full training provided (no prior guiding experience required)

Note: The salary range shown is required by job boards. This role is flexible and scheduled based on bookings, so actual earnings vary depending on availability and demand.

• Lead and supervise guided UTV tours
• Provide clear safety instructions and operational guidance
• Share engaging, educational content about the local environment
• Adapt your approach based on guest interests and group dynamics

• Assist with preparing vehicles and equipment
• Support general operations as needed

• You choose the days you are available to work
• You will only be scheduled when tours are booked on those days
• Work volume varies by season:
• Spring & Fall: lighter, less frequent
• Summer & Peak periods: more consistent opportunities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record (required for insurance purposes)
• Comfortable operating off-road vehicles (training provided)
• Comfortable being outdoors and active for extended periods
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Must be reliable and able to work independently
