Electric Motor Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Full-time / 1st shift Kurz Solutions has proudly supported American industry for over 100 years by delivering best-in-class electro-mechanical and clean energy solutions. We are guided by strong core values and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. We are currently seeking an Electric Motor Mechanic / Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our shop team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and testing electric motors and related rotating equipment for a wide range of industrial customers.What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot AC and DC electric motors and rotating equipment
  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble motors and components
  • Replace bearings, seals, brushes, leads, fans, brakes, clutches, and related parts
  • Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure proper operation
  • Read work orders, document repairs, and complete job paperwork accurately
  • Operate specialized motor repair and testing equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience repairing electric motors or rotating equipment (motor shop experience preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical theory (AC/DC motors)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
