At Guglielmo & Associates PLLC, we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our mission to continuously improve service quality, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Complaints & Disputes Analyst I to join our team in our Tucson office. This role is critical in ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence across all customer interactions. Qualified candidates will have strong background in compliance and a willingness to work in accurate yet fast paced environment. Bilingual a plus!

Full-time benefits after introductory period include Vacation, PTO and Holiday pay. Great medical benefits including dental and vision and 401(k) with the potential for profit sharing.

Background Check, Drug Test, and Credit Check - No Felonies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer correspondence for quality and compliance;
  • Determine appropriate processing routes based on internal standards and escalation criteria;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints/disputes;
  • Conduct ad hoc audits to support compliance oversight and quality assurance;
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to training and processes;
  • Comply with office Policies and Procedures;
  • Comply with local and national laws and regulation;
  • Document detailed and accurate notes within our office collection software

  • FDCPA knowledge is preferred
  • Effective decision making

  • Ability to work efficiently on the computer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
