Job description

Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative embodies the property's commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

We seek highly motivated team members. Our ideal candidates should exude a passion for the hospitality industry that will attract and inspire our team members to cultivate an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out of the property

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
