Guest Service Associate

We are seeking a warm, polished, and genuinely hospitality-driven Guest Service Associate to join our team at one of Salem's most distinctive luxury boutique hotels. Set within a beautiful historic property, our hotel offers guests an intimate, elevated experience where thoughtful service and meaningful connections are at the heart of every stay.

As the first and last impression of our hotel, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for every guest. If you take pride in delivering personalized service, anticipate guests' needs with grace, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team dedicated to excellence, we'd love to welcome you.

Our ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend availability is required.

Compensation: $19.50/ per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
  • Prepare breakfast and treats for our guests
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Salem attractions, dining, and events
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace
  • Maintain accurate records and handle payments securely
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
