Position Overview

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every guest while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This role combines customer service, merchandising, cashier responsibilities, and general store maintenance.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests and provide prompt, friendly assistance
  • Operate the register and accurately process transactions
  • Support fuel, lottery, and other store-related services
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, and exterior areas
  • Monitor product levels and assist with inventory replenishment
  • Promote loyalty programs, specials, and featured products
  • Follow company procedures related to cash handling and safety
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check
  • Previous retail, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
