Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and all leisure-related guest needs. Coordinators provide prompt, professional service by responding to guest inquiries via phone and email, offering resort and area information, booking reservations, and managing call routing. Strong product knowledge, sales acumen, and proficiency in guest-service software applications are essential. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an individual cash bank, anticipating and responding to guest needs, and supporting a variety of administrative and guest-service tasks. Schedule flexibility is required, including overnight relief training, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
