Job description

The Hospitality Associate plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive guest relations. This position supports the hospitality team in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests.


We have both back of house and front of house opportunities. These are temporary opportunities that offer the ability to turn into full time employment for the right people. Scheduling is on a week-to-week basis and are primarily evenings and weekends.


Steward- Dish support, fun environment, free food and beverage= $15/hr

Line Cooks- prepare food to order, utilize kitchen equipment, knife skills= $17-18/hr

Banquet Servers- provide excellent customer service, replenish food, clear dishes= $18/hr

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Manage guest relations and address inquiries or concerns
  • Support team members to maintain smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality, but willing to train people with a positive attitude
