Job description

Are you interested in working as a Culinary Extern with an Executive Chef who will push your creativity and encourage you to be the best? We invite you to join a friendly and innovative team of dedicated hospitality professionals to provide a world class guest experience at Post Ranch Inn. 
Sierra Mar, the world renowned restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn, is looking for Culinary Externs with full time availability. The right candidates will have prior experience or cooking education, and will have a flexible schedule - able to work mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary. Must be able to provide or obtain a CA Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire. This position is designed to be in collaboration with a Culinary Art Schooling Program (3-6 months on average). Applicants who are not enrolled or graduating from a current culinary education program, should apply for the Line Cook or Dishwasher opportunities. 
Pay range for the Culinary Extern position is $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
