About the Role
As Resort General Manager, you will lead all aspects of resort operations while driving culture, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team engagement. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being present, building relationships, solving challenges, and inspiring teams to deliver excellence.

  • Guest satisfaction initiatives and service recovery efforts
  • Collaboration with ownership and above-property leadership to drive operational excellence and portfolio success
  • Marketing and revenue-driving initiatives to increase occupancy and brand awareness
  • Resort events, programming, and community involvement efforts
  • Compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring
Preferred Experience:
  • 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience
  • Resort, hotel, RV resort, or multi-unit operations experience strongly preferred
  • Previous General Manager experience highly valued
