A Guest Experience associate at Marriott is responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable stay. Their duties often include greeting guests, addressing inquiries or concerns, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and resolving issues promptly. They work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Marriott’s high standards. Their goal is to create a welcoming environment and exceed guest expectations throughout their visit.

This collaborative approach helps to quickly address any concerns and deliver personalized touches, which are hallmarks of Marriott’s service standards. Regular briefings and digital communication tools support this teamwork, ensuring everyone is aligned in meeting guest needs.
