Job description

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing a value-added experience to all Resort guests throughout our property. The GSR is responsible for the Coat Check and Players Club. This position will include data entry and assisting with the internal/external promotions executed by the Marketing Department for the Resort and helping in the retail outlet.

The GSR will be responsible for creating a positive, informative and fun atmosphere for the Resort. This position is critical in developing loyalty with our patrons and associates.  They will promote and maintain the utmost integrity and highest caliber of guest service and respect to all guests and other associates.


COAT CHECK

  • Check guest coats in a secure methodical manner
  • Have detailed knowledge of all events, activities and attractions occurring in the Resort.
  • Greeting guests as they enter and exit the resort.
  • Participate in executing Resort promotions
  • To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
  • All other duties as assigned

PLAYERS CLUB

  • Assist guests with resort inquiries
  • Enter guest information into the database
  • Participate in executing Resort promotions
  • Have detailed knowledge of all events, activities and attractions occurring in the Resort.
  • To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
  • All other duties as assigned

The GSR works various types of shifts on a rotating schedule that may include days, nights and evenings. All personnel must be available for all shifts assigned. Schedules are posted prior as per Employment Standards.
