Job Description

Position Overview

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition provides essential recruiting support to two Talent Acquisition Managers across LVMH Beauty North America. This role is primarily focused on sourcing, candidate pipelining, recruitment coordination, and administrative excellence for both corporate and retail/field-based positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipelining

  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail/field roles using LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent, job boards, and other channels
  • Maintain and continuously update candidate pipelines to support ongoing and anticipated hiring needs
  • Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates; present qualified profiles to TA Managers for review
  • Support university relations to build early-career talent pipelines

Recruitment Coordination & Support

  • Partner closely with two TA Managers to support end-to-end recruitment across corporate and retail/field roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Post and maintain job listings on LinkedIn, the LVMH careers site, and additional platforms as needed
  • Collect and organize interview feedback; facilitate debrief scheduling as needed
  • Draft offer letters and support compensation validation in line with approved budgets

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process - from initial outreach through onboarding handoff
  • Ensure all candidates receive timely communication and a positive brand experience consistent with LVMH and Maison employer branding standards
  • Partner with HR Generalists and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain data integrity across all ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent), Excel trackers, and HR databases
  • Track onboarding milestones and flag any delays to TA Managers
  • Capture and report key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, diverse slate tracking)
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting needs; assist with data collection for surveys
  • Ensure compliance with LVMH legal guidelines and internal policies throughout the recruitment process

Internal & External Partnerships

  • Build collaborative relationships with Maison HR teams and LVMH HR colleagues across North America
  • Represent LVMH Beauty at external events, career fairs, and university campuses as directed by TA Managers
  • Support internal mobility tracking in coordination with TA Managers and HR Generalists

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition x2
  • Direct Reports: None
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally spanning both corporate and retail/field roles
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate pipelining, and recruitment coordination
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across two TA Managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process adherence
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a support capacity within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience in luxury, beauty, or retail a plus
