Job description

M3 (www.m3as.com) is a leading provider of hospitality-specific software solutions, delivering cloud-based tools for hotel accounting, financial reporting, labor management, payroll, and business intelligence. Built by hoteliers for hoteliers, M3 empowers hotel owners, operators, and management companies to streamline back-office operations, reduce costs, gain real-time insights, and drive portfolio performance across thousands of properties in North America and beyond.
Description Summary:
The GTM Systems Administrator is the dedicated technical owner of M3's go-to-market technology stack. This is a foundational hire for the Revenue Operations function - the first person in this seat - and an opportunity to build from the ground up at a growing hospitality SaaS company. Today, our VP of Revenue Operations personally administers Salesforce alongside her strategic responsibilities. This hire changes that. You will own the day-to-day technical operation of the GTM stack, support Quote-to-Cash processes on the Salesforce side, and free RevOps leadership to focus on strategy and scale.
Essential Duties:
The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor's requests for additional or altered duties.
  • Serve as the dedicated technical owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automation.
  • Own day-to-day GTM technology stack operations, including sales engagement platforms, CS tooling, and adjacent systems.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow, Process Builder, approval workflows, and alerts.
  • Lead release management - sandbox strategy, change sets, testing protocols, deployment, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards supporting pipeline visibility, forecasting, and operational insights for Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership.
  • Own lead routing, territory management, opportunity workflows, and account hierarchy processes within Sales Cloud.
  • Own case management, queues, SLAs, knowledge base, and customer service workflows within Service Cloud.
  • Support Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes within Salesforce - including quoting workflows, pricing governance, discount approval routing, and the handoff of closed opportunities to order management in NetSuite; partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate and timely quote-to-order execution.
  • Monitor and optimize Workato integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite in coordination with Finance and RevOps.
  • Own data governance - deduplication, enrichment, CRM hygiene standards, and data quality metrics.
  • Provide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for system updates.
  • Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of GTM tools and integrations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS environment, including direct ownership of a production org.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator or additional certifications a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools including Flow and validation rules.
  • Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes - quoting, approvals, and order management within Salesforce; NetSuite or Zone Billing exposure preferred.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite or comparable ERP - comfortable operating across systems.
  • Familiarity with integration middleware such as Workato or Zapier.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build process and documentation from scratch in a small team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
  • Must demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking, and initiative skills.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications especially in MS Office.
