Job description

About the role:
The Fusion GSOC Operator, under the guidance of the GSOC Management group, is responsible for tracking SIS operations and monitoring the safety and security of SIS employees, facilities, and clients. Using various tools, from a proprietary database to GPS-tracking systems, access control, and mapping software, the GSOC Operator is primarily tasked with fulfilling the group's database entry and communication triage responsibilities. The Fusion Center GSOC Operator reports to the Fusion Center GSOC Manager.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Assist in staffing guards for SIS Retail in North America
  • Log all Special Operations mission data into the SIS database
  • Support SIS divisions by triaging calls, addressing operational issues, managing customer complaints, running reports, and training on relevant software
  • Provide safety and security support for company employees and address related concerns
  • Conduct regular reviews of systems to identify technical issues and maintain security documentation
  • Research and test new security technologies, equipment, and products
  • Monitor office CCTV, manage employee access control, and respond to system failures or alarms as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required

As a candidate you must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two plus years of work experience in military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security
  • Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software, including word processing, data analysis, presentation, and mapping programs
  • General knowledge of security systems, including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV
  • Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service and attention to detail
  • Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed
  • Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications
