  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues while supporting resolution efforts.
  • Coordinate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up on project deliverables.

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Serve as a central point of communication to ensure stakeholders remain informed of project status.
  • Assist in coordinating priorities across departments while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Partner with Global Manufacturing
  • Lead communication with overseas manufacturing partners throughout the product development process.
  • Help coordinate production schedules, timelines, and product readiness.
  • Assist with resolving pre-production issues and tracking supplier deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings with international suppliers, including occasional communication outside of standard business hours when necessary.

  • Maintain organized project files, timelines, and status reports.
  • Assist with monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Recommend improvements to project management processes and workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, project management, product development, manufacturing, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and product development processes.
  • Experience using project management software such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest or experience within the hunting, shooting sports, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, or consumer products industries.
