Powerful Partnerships. Standout Solutions.

Among the 200 largest law firms in the country, Stevens & Lee is a full-service law firm with 230 lawyers serving clients from 19 offices. Our lawyers provide strategic and practical legal counsel at both the regional and national levels and remain dedicated to solving clients' most complex problems and delivering an exceptional client experience. We seek highly motivated, growth-oriented individuals. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are prerequisites. We seek self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams.

Ideal candidates will have meaningful experience in the following areas:

  • DE Chancery Court
  • Deposition practice
  • Discovery and eDiscovery
  • Oral argument
  • Witness preparation
  • Drafting of pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Experience with trials and class actions, though not required, is a plus.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Delaware. PA or NJ admission a plus.

Stevens & Lee offers associates immediate, hands-on experience and accelerated career opportunities. We provide competitive salaries, discretionary bonuses and excellent benefits including an annual contribution of 10% of an employee's gross compensation to Stevens & Lee's defined contribution profit sharing plan, vesting in three years, and 100% coverage of the health care premium for all employees.

The base annual pay range for this full-time role is between $170,000 and $250,000. The actual salary will be determined based upon individual qualifications and prior relevant experience with consideration given to office location.

In compliance with federal and state equal opportunity employment laws, The Stevens & Lee Companies is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in regard to race, color, national origin, religion, disability, age, or gender.
