What is a growth account manager?

A Growth Account Manager is a professional responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand business within those accounts. Their primary goal is to drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction. They collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.
