At LSTS, we believe every child has limitless potential, and we're looking for a dedicated Autism Specialist to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you'll use evidence-based practices to help children build skills, strengthen communication, and live more independent, joyful lives.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique strengths and needs.
  • Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and evidence-based strategy, to promote growth and reduce barriers.
  • Partner with families, caregivers, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep each child on track toward success.
  • Empower caregivers with tools and training to support learning at home and in the community.
  • Stay current with best practices and innovations in autism intervention.

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or another related field (required).
  • Autism Specialist Certification (completion required before start date).
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
