In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions, as well as working with couples and families to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Facilitating therapeutic discussions that address various issues, including alcohol abuse, conflict resolution, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth for clients, including methods suited for blended families and those facing transitions such as separation and divorce.
• Documenting client progress and outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Previous experience working with families and couples.
