As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for individuals and families.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and family members to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, grief, adjustment disorders, and family dynamics.
• Providing individual therapy to clients, focusing on their unique challenges while integrating family perspectives into treatment where relevant.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the needs of your clients.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and referrals when necessary.
• Documenting treatment progress thoroughly and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participating in continued professional development and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in behavioral health.

Your work will involve a diverse clientele, including couples, children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders.
• Physical and psychological abuse within familial contexts.
• Grief and loss issues affecting family dynamics.
• Conflict and communication difficulties among family members.
• Adjustments related to blended families, separation, and divorce.
• Stress related to employment and medical issues.

This role emphasizes a compassionate, strengths-based approach that empowers clients to explore their emotions, improve communication, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred for candidates seeking this role:

• Experience working with diverse populations, including both adults and children/adolescents.
• Background in behavior modification techniques and other therapeutic methodologies.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools.
• Flexible availability for both telehealth and in-person sessions, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

We offer an attractive compensation package for our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, including an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
