  • Document spiritual journeys, volunteer engagement, and care touchpoints, and complete dashboard reporting

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A mature, growing follower of Jesus with a heart for discipleship and women's ministry
  • Experience leading or developing small groups, Bible studies, or discipleship relationships
  • A gift for recruiting, training, and encouraging volunteer leaders

This is primarily an office- and campus-based role with regular time alongside volunteers and at events. You should be able to lift and transport items up to 25 lbs, and be available for occasional off-hours, weekend, and event support. Occasional travel to other locations or event venues may be required, and strict confidentiality with church member information is essential.
