Job description
The primary purpose of the Campus Child Care Provider role is to support the ministries of Christ’s Church by providing safe, comfortable, and attentive care for children of all ages, while maintaining a trustworthy relationship with those children and their guardians. While this role has primary responsibilities pertaining to the Mandarin Campus, it also serves a centralized function to assist other campuses.
Responsibilities & Tasks
People
- Provides a warm and friendly environment for all persons utilizing our childcare services
- Receives assignments and responsibilities from the Child Care Coordinator
- Collaborates with other Child Care Providers to ensure staffing ratios and best practices are consistently implemented
Process
- Be punctual and arrive prior to the start of your shift
- Ensures all children are checked in and out using our ROCK management system
- Follow established Christ’s Church guidelines to ensure the safety of caregivers and children
- Maintain accountability for all children from the moment of check-in until they are checked out by their responsible party
- Ensure spaces are clear and safe of any hazards
- Report any disciplinary issues to Child Care Coordinator immediately
Systems
- Utilize the designated tools and applications in ROCK to perform all essential functions required
Utilize the Paycom application for scheduling shifts and timekeeping.
