Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for the office environment.
• Administer new hire onboarding paperwork and facilitate HR-related administrative tasks.
• Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to office administration.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for basic data entry or reporting.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and record-keeping.
• Project coordination experience, particularly for small-scale facility improvements or events.
• Ability to read and understand basic technical documents or blueprints.
