Join Our Team as a Reservation Group Coordinator! 

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a Reservation Group Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this pivotal role, you’ll be the key connection between our sales, events, and front office teams—ensuring every group reservation runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll handle room blocks, reservations, and guest details with precision and care, providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effortlessly with clients and colleagues, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details.

  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences.

  • Process group changes, cancellations, and special requests.

  • Monitor inventory to optimize room block utilization.

  • Prepare and distribute reports for group status and pick-up.

  • Maintain accurate records in the property management system.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.

  • Support the Reservations and Sales teams as needed.


  • Previous hotel or reservations experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar).

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
