This internship is structured as a remote telehealth position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a high standard of client engagement and care. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure digital platforms, utilizing technology to connect with clients in a meaningful way. • Conduct individual therapy sessions, adapting evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging communication and support among participants.
• Assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that reflect each client’s personal goals and challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all sessions, ensuring adherence to both legal regulations and clinical best practices.
• Engage in weekly clinical supervision and skills enhancement workshops, contributing to your professional development and clinical effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate treatment efficacy, making adjustments based on client feedback and psychological assessments.

The Behavioral Health Therapist Intern will work with a diverse range of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients may present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health issues. • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling is mandatory.
• Active intern licensure in Washington State (e.g., LMHCA, MFT Intern) is required to practice in our organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport in a professional outpatient setting.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with a keen attention to clinical detail, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a supervised clinical setting, ideally working with outpatient populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience in implementing treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions.
