Job Description

As a DEI Program Manager, you will be is responsible for the continued advancement, development and enhancement of AGS DEI strategy and using our strategy to successfully drive positive outcomes in our North American region.

The Program Manager will closely partner with the Sr. DEI Manager, Global DEI Program Managers, HR, Comms, Marketing, TAP, Business Inclusion Council and our Regional Inclusion Council to ensure strategic alignment and execution of our strategy in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Global DEI team to design and activate regional DEI strategy, goals, and priorities, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory considerations.
  • Lead and manage North America DEI programs, including strategy execution, awareness building, engagement, and continuous improvement through data, insights, and metrics.
  • Own the design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive learning and development programs (e.g., foundational inclusion, inclusive leadership), including cohort management, facilitation support, and measurement of impact.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the North American Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council, including evolving governance, operating models, metrics, and alignment to company priorities.
  • Facilitate and moderate high-impact programming and learning experiences with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research, translate, and apply industry best practices and insights related to inclusion, talent attraction, development, and retention to inform North America initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage external partnerships, including evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with vendors and organizations to enhance program delivery and impact.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance inclusive content strategy, including advising on messaging, developing content, and amplifying Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council initiatives.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, TAP, L&D, Employee Experience, and business leaders) to design, launch, and scale effective, on-time programs.
  • Proactively identify risks and emerging challenges, recommend solutions, and drive resolution to maintain momentum and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Support the management of the annual North America DEI budget, including tracking investments and aligning resources to strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of program or project management experience required; preferably if related to diversity, equity and inclusion, change management, process improvement, and transformation.
  • Ability to work well across different functions, geographies and multi-national backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments, clarifying direction, and influencing stakeholder.
  • Prior experience leveraging technology to build content calendars, e-mail campaigns, newsletters and manage distribution of this content.
  • A highly effective communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals.
  • Must have a high level of awareness, be culturally open and sensitive
  • Should have experience in formulating, making the case for, and implementing, department/organizational change
  • Need to have advanced skills with Microsoft Suite of products
