• Drive execution from development readiness through live deployment • Own end-to-end DPDSA coordination activities • Create executive-ready PowerPoint walkthroughs and presentations • Complete Quickbase submissions and secure leadership approvals • Serve as the Mass Market speaker in PMO-hosted DPDSA forums • Provide deployment timeline inputs and execution updates • Maintain process flows and onboarding guides • Ensure deployments meet governance and data-restriction requirements • Function as a central command point for Mass Market documentation and tracking • Own and update Mass Market Excel and PowerPoint artifacts • Maintain visibility into outstanding work and priority group completion • Coordinate approved profiles for production readiness • Maintain and manage request trackers • Support issue validation and cross-functional coordination • Drive clarity and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
