## Procurement Manager โ€“ Airport Dimensions (North America)Applyremote type: Hybridlocations: Dallastime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR000183# **Recruiter for the role:**Paul Williams## **Purpose of the Job**Youโ€™ll be joining our growing Group Procurement & ESG team. We are a central, strategic function supporting our Group companies. In this new role, you will partner with our AD business in building value with our third-party suppliers and partners, and your role will have a dotted reporting line into AD, Regional President North America. Enabling this established and fast-scaling business you will work collaboratively with our AD teams to understand requirements and then build and deliver tailored sourcing plans. You will work across all spend categories, including our largest spend areas in Lounge Operations and Design and Construction. You will manage all elements of sourcing, including the development of briefing documents, the assessment of responses, the completion of due diligence, the development and consensus building of recommendations and the negotiation of commercial contracts through to closure. You will build creative solutions and use your position within the group procurement function to identify opportunities to leverage group purchasing power and those where tailored AD business unit sourcing is more appropriate. You will be responsible for leading the supplier relationship management process in region to ensure this is deployed effectively, working with AD business partners and strategic supplier partners to drive structured oversight and value. You will influence at all levels, continuing to build the brand of Procurement as a trusted strategic business partner that drives value to the business in the region. As a member of the Group Procurement & ESG team, you will ensure that group policies and processes are embedded across the business. You will drive sustainable procurement initiatives for AD in the region.## **Key Responsibilities**In this role you will:* Be the primary Procurement partner for the North America Airport Dimensions business, responsible for the delivery of measurable procurement value to drive profitability, including cost savings, risk reduction, innovation, ESG and improved supplier performance.* Build positive relationships across the AD business in North America and collaborate with all relevant teams including Operations, Guest Experience, Design & Construction, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technology, and all global business divisions.* Analyze spend, review contracts and develop subcategory plans that achieve stakeholder endorsement* Lead end to end sourcing initiatives and renegotiations across NOAM for all categories, with a specific focus on Design and Construction and Lounge Operations, and with activities covering requirements definition, market analysis, sourcing plan development and delivery, proposal analysis, business recommendations, contract development and commercial negotiations.* Lead the Supplier Relationship Management process, working with AD business partners and key strategic suppliers, driving structured governance, performance management and value creation initiatives, and ensuring suppliers are aligned to business objectives and contractual requirements. This includes managing Quarterly Business Review processes.* Support the deployment of Procurement Process and Policy into the region, to ensure compliance, increased transparency to opportunities to delivery greater value.* Support projects outside of region when required, including other regions of Airport Dimensions and functional development initiatives for the Procurement team.**Knowledge, skills and experience required*** Degree (or equivalent qualification or experience) educated in a related field or with a professional procurement qualification.* Demonstrable knowledge of key legislative, market, industry and social factors relating to procurement and sustainable sourcing.* Experience of the airport and/or airline sector and/or hospitality sector.* Experienced in leading sourcing initiatives from conception through to commercial contract closure.* Experience of facilities management and/or design and construction categories is highly desirable.* Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex and detailed information* Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills* Passion for driving sustainable business practices and in making a difference* Innovative thinker with commercial acumen, who can build tailored sourcing plans depending on the context of the business challenge faced* Communicator and influencer, who can drive engagement with a broad range of stakeholders* Experienced at influencing and upwardly managing senior level stakeholder and across multiple geographies.* Willingness to travel within North America and to the UK when required.# **About us: Our story**Collinson Group is a global leader in driving loyalty and engagement for many of the worldโ€™s largest companies.
