Job description

The Group Operational Excellence Leader serves as a key member of Spartan Aerospace
Group's operational leadership team. This role is responsible for driving operational
execution, continuous improvement, business integration, and performance optimization
across multiple aerospace manufacturing companies. The position combines tactical
leadership with long-term strategic development and is designed as a pipeline role for
future senior operational leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Spartan Aerospace Group Operational Excellence Playbook across all assigned business units.
  • Provide hands-on operational leadership to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and corrective action initiatives.
  • Drive accountability around key operational metrics and KPI performance.
  • Support operational integration of newly acquired businesses.
  • Conduct facility assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications
