Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Overseeing day to day operations to ensure production and processes run efficiently
  • Team Leadership: Managing and leading the operations team to ensure they are motivated, productive and aligned with company goals
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the General Manager and other senior leaders to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocating resources to maximize productivity while controlling costs
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing and monitoring quality control processes to meet established quality standards
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process optimization, cost reduction and efficiency improvement and then leading initiatives to achieve these objectives
  • Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for operations ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks, whether related to safety, compliance, or other factors that could affect business continuity
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Performance Metrics: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) to assess the success and efficiency of operations and to identify improvements
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on exceeding customer expectations by delivering products or services on time at the expected quality within budget

Education and Experience:
Required:

  • 10+ years of Operations Management experience
  • Experience with clean room/medical device manufacturing
